The Acacia Mansion in Ojai, California was built in the 1920s and can be rented for weddings, vacations and reunions for a little over a grand per night.

In August, Kristina Knapic, owner of the mansion, thought she was renting her home out to a woman named Anna.

She would later find out that “Anna” was a cover for Andrei Treivas, better known as gay-porn director Michael Lucas of Lucas Entertainment.

Treivas brought in his crew of male actors to shoot what he described on Instagram as an “interesting week.”

When Knapic returned she said the hot tub water was tinted brown, possibly from fecal matter.

She filed a complaint stating the guests left urine and semen everywhere — this would not be out of the ordinary for Lucas Entertainment.

Knapic also found enema kits throughout the mansion and said the use of a black-light revealed stains on linens, carpets, upholstery, walls and even on the ceiling.

She's accusing Treivas and Lucas Entertainment of fraud, negligence, trespass and breach of contract.

In addition to a monetary lawsuit, Knapic is hoping the courts will prevent her classy home from appearing in Lucas Entertainment's raunchy body of work.
